Step 1: View Our Inventory

The first step in renting from Signature Rentals is to explore our wide range of event rentals. You can easily browse through our extensive collection right here on our website. Take your time to peruse our curated selection of wedding arches, tableware, chairs, decor pieces, and more. As you browse, add your favorite items to your wishlist or cart for easy reference.

 
Step 2: Receive your Quote

Once you’ve explored our inventory and have a good idea of the items you’d like to rent, it’s time to create your wishlist and submit your quote. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will reach out within 24-48 hours to set up a call to discuss your event details. This call is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and understand the unique details of your event. We’ll discuss your event date, venue, theme, color scheme, and any specific preferences you may have. Whether you’re envisioning a romantic garden wedding, a chic corporate event, or a vibrant birthday celebration, we’re here to bring your ideas to life.

During the discovery call, we’ll also guide you through our rental process, answer any questions you may have, and provide expert advice on selecting the perfect rentals for your event. Our goal is to ensure that every detail is tailored to your vision, creating a seamless and stress-free rental experience.

 
Step 3: Finalize Your Booking

After our discovery call, we’ll create a personalized rental proposal based on our discussion. This detailed proposal will include all the items you’ve selected, along with pricing, quantities, and any customization options. Take your time to review the proposal and make any necessary adjustments to ensure it aligns perfectly with your event vision and budget.

Once you’re satisfied with the proposal, it’s time to finalize your booking with us! Simply confirm your event date and venue details, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our experienced team will ensure that your rentals are delivered on time, set up beautifully, and ready to impress your guests. We’ll handle all the logistics, so you can focus on enjoying your special day with peace of mind.

At the end of your event, we will come by and pick up all the rentals for your convenience. 

Price is for 1 setup/location only. The price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.

We will deliver your product, set it up, and pick it up for FREE within a 10 mile distance from Jacksonville, Florida, if your pickup is before 9pm. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your event address and we will be happy to let you know. If you location exceeds 10 miles, we charge $1/mile. Not to exceed 50 miles total.

Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired place. 

If you need any item moved from the ceremony, to the reception, or anywhere else. An additional moving and setup fee will be required. Our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are very large and do not fit through doors. They have to be dissembled, which requires our movers and/or florist to stay onsite through the ceremony and move to the desired spot after it is over, set it up again. Some items that do not need to be taken apart are still not easily moveable, like our garden arch, floral pillars, flower wall, ect. These also require our own team to move them. This is due to insurance reasons, it will not cover anyone outside our team if it is damaged during a move.

We also try to work directly with your venue so you don’t have to be the go-between for set up, delivery, storage, and pickup. Therefore, we ask for the name, address, and phone number of your venue.
